Gateau Crepe. In another pan, boil the milk. Mix remaining bechamel and spinach in a medium bowl.
Heat the cream in a small saucepan or microwave until steaming.
In a mixer on medium-low speed, beat together the eggs, flour, sugar and salt.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Put the melted butter and eggs into a blender and blend until emulsified. Set aside to cool as you assemble the cake.
